    • The return request is made within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The original tags, packaging, and receipt must be intact.

    • Customized designer sarees.
    • Sarees purchased on sale or during special promotions.
    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Upon approval, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
  • Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
